Apply's only for 3v3 & 4v4

Gondor camps are very vulnerabel in its defense compared to the castles.

What if the citadel becomes a tower with the range like the size of the camp.

And/or

If thats not enough tower have a attack bonus against Urukhai.

forshire should look here since he's a great 3vs3 player.. but I think we should not do that, especially since it would also affect Osgiliath (a 2vs2 map)

Leave it like it is. It's good and nearly every player will agree here with me. Gondor camps arn't that weak and if it gets rushed by 2 Isen his m8s have to help him which requiers a good teamplay. And 3vs3 is teamplay.
In my opinion you shouldn't change anything in the gameplay. Just fix the dirty bugs. Patch 1.03 is so great balanced from the gameplay and the factions that we shouldn't change something there. Every faction has his advantages and disadvantages that makes the game interesting and allows so many different strategies but all in all they are all on one level, which makes the game fair and balanced.
